"I went to see Tunisia Ali in a dark, hopeless place of misery. I suffer from chronic Fibromyalgia pain, depression, stress, and anxiety. I went there as a last resort and with a fair amount of skepticism. I almost left when I realized she didn't do massage, but I was curious, so I figured, what the heck, why not? She lightly touched me or didn't touch me at all sometimes. I am at a loss for words to explain what happened.

All I can say is that when I left, I wasn't in physical or emotional pain anymore. I woke up this morning and I still wasn't in much pain. I forgot to change my Fentanyl patch because I wasn't in excruciating pain. I feel lighter somehow.

So, I don't understand it, and I'm not exactly sure what she did, (even though she did explain it to me) but, whatever she did ending up having a lasting positive impact on my mind and my body. “I had a wonderful time at the retreat. It was well put together and a lot of thought went into making it a success. I was able to spiritually connect with every sister there. It was as though we had known each other for years. Everyone was authentic.  Everyone spoke their truth and knew what they needed to work on. Besides the connection with the sisters, I was able to do some deep inner searching with the six hour quiet time that I spent with myself. I enjoyed that a lot. It was not challenging at all. We also had a belly dance class that made me realize just how much body needed regular exercise.  The yoga class by the water was awesome.  I really enjoyed that. Our Friday night group session required us to go within to bring somethings to the surface. Retreats are designed to help you make changes, make new decisions and to have a revelation and with that comes growth. I look forward to next year’s retreat. Tunisia was a wonderful host.”
