1-PRE SESSION ASSSESSMENT /SESSON AGENDA
I send you a short diagnostic questionnaire to complete before our session. It takes about 5 minutes to complete. This questionnaire is designed to provide me with insight on the particulars of your situation before we sit down. In this way you get the most value for your time and we can laser focus on what you want to address. This should be completed at least 1 hour prior to our scheduled session.
1- 60 MINUTE VIDEO SESSION
We review your challenges, explore your options, and you receive clarity moving forward. At this point you are feeling refreshed, have a better perspective of your situation, and your energy is much more diffused. You are being supported and guided. Please have Skype installed on your mobile device or desktop, if you would like to have the session recorded. If not, Whatsapp, Android Duo or Apple Facetime should be available. If you prefer to not have a video session, we will conduct our session via mobile phone.
1-MP3 RECORDING
If you want the session to be recorded, please let me know. I’ll send you the file in a follow-up email. Some people want this option, others don't.
1-POST SESSION ROAD MAP
This is where I take the information from your assessment and combine it with my intuitive and professional insights from our session to write a PDF report for you with recommendations, strategies, tools, and exercises that will help you achieve your goals. This maximizes our work together and assists you in moving forward.
